Mr Ronan joined SemGroup in March 2008 as senior vice president of finance. He previously was with Merrill Lynch Capital, where he served as energy finance managing director.
Mr Ronan’s prior experience includes serving for 14 years as managing director at Bank of America, Boston, and its predecessors Fleet Boston Financial and Bank Boston. During that time, he focused on oil and gas finance, emphasizing middle-market midstream and exploration and production companies.
