Shell said that the agreement is expected to be finalized in the early portion of the first quarter of 2009, providing the completion of some contractual requirements and the receipt of necessary regulatory approvals.

Enspire Energy is a natural gas marketing company with offices in Annapolis, Maryland and Norfolk, Virginia. The company provides energy services for commercial and industrial accounts in the Mid-Atlantic region. Enspire Energy provides products and services, including risk management, market analysis and utility tariff savings.
