The Power Transmission Division of Siemens Energy Sector will deliver the contract for the Indiabulls Infrastructure.
Work will include supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 400/220kV gas insulated switchgear for power evacuation.
The scope of the project includes complete system, design, engineering, civil works, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of switchyards, including interconnecting transformer, reactor and cables.
The substation is scheduled to be commissioned by October 2012, reports Economictimes.com.
