At SFMI’s request, IPMR’s refining facility at Abu Dhabi in UAE will take possession of the precious metal in Murphy and transport it to their location.
Settlement will occur two days after completion of sampling by IPMR and acceptance of SFMI’s assay results.
SFMI said that the first shipments of Bullion Dore will likely weight about 1,500 Troy ounces, as well as subsequent shipments.
IPMR senior vice president JP Rosso said under the terms of this agreement, IPMR will provide toll refining of gold and silver dore for SFMI’s expanding output from its Murphy mill and mine operations.
