European Uranium is processing formal renewal of the license in conformance with the Slovak Republic’s recently amended Geology Act, effective from 1 November 2013.
The Geology Division of the Ministry of Environment renewed Kuriskova license until April 2015, earlier this year.
Located approximately 10km northwest of the city of Kosice, a regional industrial centre in East-Central Slovakia, Kuriskova property comprises 32 square kilometres of mineral licenses.
Uranium exploration and development company European Uranium Resources operates projects in Slovakia.
