SMEC’s services include: feasibility study review; identification of additional work necessary for completion of the Preliminary Engineering Design (PED); development of the PED; preparation of bid documents for tendering; formulation of a suitable contracting model; preparation of a project implementation plan; and preparation of updated detailed cost estimates based on the PED.
