Most recently, Leischow served as the president of Leischow Group Inc. The company advised its clients on how to best procure natural gas and electricity as well as minimize the demand within their facilities for these commodities. Before starting the Leischow Group, Leischow served as the director of energy performance contracting for Siemens USA. From 1986 to 1995, he also held amny executive roles at Honeywell Inc.
