The family-owned business specializing in customized metal roofing and siding panels for residential, commercial, and agricultural buildings installed solar power to reduce and stabilize energy costs and to create a product display for its customer base.
The Metallion Industries installation includes 176 solar panels covering 2,416 square feet of preexisting roof space. This system will supply approximately 89% of the electrical energy needs for 14,300 square foot facility.

It is estimated that over its 25 year warranted life, Metallion’s solar-energy system will keep 630 tons of CO2 from entering the environment.
