Mr Boscia is the recently retired chairman and CEO of Lincoln Financial Group and Mr Hood is the chairman and CEO of Hood Companies. He served as a director on Mississippi Power’s board from 2004 until December 6, 2007.
Mr Boscia joined Lincoln Financial Group in 1983 as vice president of investment management and strategic planning for Lincoln National Pension. He worked in a number of positions before being selected as president and CEO of parent company Lincoln Financial Group in 1998 and chairman in 2001.
