Under the terms of the contract, SPI will design, engineer and construct an 11.3MW fixed ground mount solar energy facility.

The solar power project will provide the southern New Jersey power grid with solar generated electricity.
The energy facility will help meet the state of New Jersey’s Renewable Energy Portfolio Standard, SPI said.

SPI will commence the construction on the facility in the first quarter of this year.

SPI is a vertically integrated photovoltaic solar developer and EPC services provider.
