The refining firm Mazeikiu Nafta’s Mazeikiai refinery has reportedly terminated the production of the A92 gasoline fuel in the beginning of 2008.
The Mazeikiai refinery is stated to be the only such facility in the Baltics. With cessation of production of the fuel, supplies to Latvia and Estonia have also stopped, reported the Baltic Business News.
It was also reported that some amount of A92 fuel was still being produced at the Lithuanian refinery for export to the US.
