Founded in 1978, the Process Group also deals with complex and challenging projects requiring technology solutions such as Gas dehydration, Gas sweetening, produced water treatment and sand management.

In addition to strengthening technical expertise and portfolio towards the Upstream and Downstream Oil & Gas industry, Suez Environnement, with the acquisition, expands its geographical footprint in the Middle East, South East Asia and Australia.

Suez Environnement deputy chief executive officer in charge of International activities Marie-Ange Debon said Suez Environnement aims to become the preferred partner in services, solutions and technologies for oil and gas industry.

Process Group complements Suez Environnement’s customer portfolio with global oil & gas companies such as Shell, BHP Billiton, Chevron, Premier and Exxon Mobil.

Additionally, the acquisition is in line with Suez Environnement’s strategy to develop its industrial water activity, one of its four strategic priorities.
