The ground-mounted photovoltaic project will include SunPower E19/320 solar panels and will have a generating capacity of about 3.8MW (DC).

The facility will be completed in 2012 and is expected to generate about 6.27 million kWh of electricity each year and avoid about 5,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually.
