The new module design is based on the company’s SuperPoly processing technology, which enables the modules achieve 15.5% efficiency against the 13-14% efficiency of the conventional polycrystalline solar modules.
The 300W Vd series modules consists of a 6inch black square cells and also features about 5% power tolerance and low oxygen content resulting in strong resistance to light-induced degradation.
This new range of modules also have an anti-reflective surface trapping the sunlight into the cells combined with a hydrophobic self-cleaning surface structure.
