SWECO has also been chosen by Vattenfall AB, which is investigating the potential to build a wind farm in Hornsberg, outside Valdemarsvik. There, SWECO has been given responsibility for optimising the wind farm layout, calculating the production volume, studying the electrical systems and other infrastructure and handling the permitting process. Together, the two contracts are worth around EUR450,000.
