UPA has built a national service company to facilitate utilities’ conversion from legacy meter technology to electronic technology. The company provides water, gas and electric installations to enable automated meter reading (AMR) through the automated meter infrastructure (AMI).

UPA will offer its utility firm clients a turnkey solution supported by its own proprietary technology and System One’s national recruiting framework.
