The contract was awarded for the development of the Vilje South and Visund North fields, located in water depths of 120 and 385m.
Technip will be responsible for welding and installation of a 10km production flow line, subsea equipment and umbilical installation and tie-ins
The contract will be executed by the company’s operating center, reports offshoremag.com.
Flow line welding will be carried out at Technip’s spool base in Norway, while Apache II will handle pipe lay in mid-2013.
