Teledyne ODI and Teledyne D.G. O’Brien will deliver interconnect products and Teledyne Cormon will supply corrosion, erosion and sensing products.
In addition, new products based on novel materials from Teledyne Scientific Company in the areas of high power and fiber optic technologies are part of the deal.
Teledyne Technologies chairman, president and CEO of Robert Mehrabian said the agreement will facilitate the introduction of new technologies to the offshore oil industry from Teledyne Scientific.
