Ken Fluke has played a key role in company’s growth and transition over the past many years, said Dominic J. Pileggi, chairman and chief executive officer.

Weaver also spent 22 years in public accounting, incorporating 11 years as a partner with KPMG, LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP.

Pileggi said, Bill is well suited to assume the position of CFO. He is a financial executive with analytical skills and the hands-on experience required to help lead Thomas & Betts forward. He also knows the company well, having served as the partner for company outside auditor. This combination will make for a seamless transition into his new role.

Thomas & Betts is a US-based manufacturer of electrical components and commercial HVAC units.
