The firm has has entered into an assignment agreement with Western Energy Development to acquire the Treeline project located in the McKinley and Cibola Counties, New Mexico.

The project consists of a mining lease and certain unpatented mining claims covering about 8km² and includes a sandstone hosted uranium deposit.Tigris Uranium has also entered into a purchase and sale agreement with Energy Fuels, with respect to acqusition of the 35-75, Wild Buck, Turnercrest and Coal Hill Projects in Wyoming.

The 35-75 project covers about 4.7km² area consisting of two private mineral leases and 26 unpatented mineral claims, and hosts uranium bearing sandstones of the Eocene Wasatch Formation.

The Wild Buck project covers 1.49733 km² area with 18 unpatented mineral claims, and the Turnercrest project covers 5.6km², comprised with Wyoming State mineral lease, a private mineral lease and 25 unpatented mineral claims.

The firm has also acquired 100% interest Coal Hill Project which consists of 28 unpatented lode mining claims located in Converse County, Wyoming.
