Mr Roper is a solar industry veteran with 15 years of market experience, and will lead client sales opportunities: adding value to Tioga Energy’s existing projects base and pursuing new opportunities in a ripe renewable energy market.

Mr Roper holds expertise in solar energy technologies, power purchase agreements, and regulatory and political trends. He was recently the executive vice president of sales and marketing for Turner Renewable Energy, where he led sales and marketing as well as external affairs while leading the company’s west coast expansion and establishing a California office.
