TN-K Energy has received EPA Class II injection well permit on 22 December 2011 for the Charles and Lynda Anderson lease located in Overton County, Tennessee.
The permit allows TN-K Energy to inject air, nitrogen, and/or water into its known oil producing well #8, Tennessee permit #12107, for the purpose of oil enhancement and recovery efforts.
TN-K Energy CEO and president Ken Page said the issuance of the EPA permit for the Charles and Lynda Anderson well can be seen as a favorable matter for all related parties.
"By injections and treatments, we could substantially increase the oil production on this lease," Page said.
TN-K Energy is an independent energy company with operations in Tennessee and Kentucky.
