The company has also appointed Frederick Boutin as CFO of the general partner and the operating subsidiaries of the partnership, Deborah Davis as chief accounting officer of the general partner and the operating subsidiaries of the partnership. Randall Larson will continue to serve as CEO of the general partner and the operating subsidiaries of the partnership.
Messrs Pound and Boutin previously served as executive vice president and senior vice president/treasurer, respectively, of the general partner; Ms Davis previously served as vice president/financial controller of TransMontaigne. In addition to his role as CEO, Mr Larson previously served as CFO and chief accounting officer of the general partner.
William Dickey resigned as executive vice president, COO and member of the board of directors of the general partner. Mr Dickey has also resigned from his positions with TransMontaigne and its subsidiaries. He will remain as a consultant to the partnership and TransMontaigne until March 1, 2008, to assist in the orderly transition of his duties.
