Mr Lavorata joins Tri-County with more than 15 years of experience in financial and operational leadership positions. He previously served as the CFO and COO of Metal Spinners, an Indiana-based manufacturer of custom metal fabricated products.
Prior to Metal Spinners, Mr Lavorata held senior roles at Molded Fiber Glass Companies, a manufacturer of composite parts for wind energy, communications and transportation companies.
