Natalia Shumkova, Ukraine deputy minister of fuel and energy, said this agreement was reached during a meeting of the Russia – Ukraine subcommission for nuclear power industry and nuclear materials on November 9 – 10, 2009. “On the whole, we have three draft bilateral documents with a high degree of preparedness. Beside these two agreements, there is also a long-term contract for the supply of Russian nuclear fuel after 2010,” Shumkova said.
