The systems map designed by Indra, incorporates the latest available technologies so that the different departments of the company may have access and share the information required for daily operations in compliance with the criteria and access levels previously defined by the management team.
The project will support the operator’s business life cycle, from production planning and procurement to credit control. It includes integration of solutions for procurement management, maritime transport, market analysis, stock valuation, gas market operation and trading.
Indra will also implement a records management system for the creation of a unique repository updated with Union Fenosa Gas’s corporate information and a customer resource management platform, to manage clients and campaigns for billing and collection follow-up.
