As per the agreed terms, 3E Consultants will provide hazardous material and waste management professional services at various Navy and Marine Corps facilities and other government facilities within the NAVFAC Southeast area.

In addition, 3E Consultants will support several environmental programs, such as Resource Conservation and Recovery Act; Hazardous Waste; Solid Waste; Regulated Medical Waste; Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act; Pollution Prevention; Polychlorinated Biphenyls; Asbestos-Containing Materials; Lead-Based Paint; Hazardous Material (HM) including HM database management and Consolidated Hazardous Material Reutilization and Inventory Management Program.

Commenting on the deal, NAVFAC Southeast Solid and Hazardous Waste section head Brendon Lockard said that the contract will provide continued environmental compliance support to Navy and Marine Corps installations throughout the Southeast and in the Caribbean.
