Mr Ball will be joining Vector from Ernst & Young where he was partner of its audit, advisory and regulatory assurance division. In addition to having the lead audit partner role for several New Zealand subsidiaries of Australasian financial institutions, Mr Ball has experience in the areas of corporate finance and development.

Mr Worsnop joins Vector having previously been the CEO of Hastie Group, an Australasian building services and climate control group of companies. Prior to that Mr Worsnop was executive general manager for Transfield Services leading the electrical mechanical power services division in New Zealand.

David Worsnop will lead Vector’s service delivery activities across both the gas and electricity distribution and transmission networks. He brings a wealth of expertise having had over 35 years experience in the infrastructure industry.
