The company will deliver 127 units of the V100-2.0MW turbine for the Campos dos Ventos and São Benedito wind power complexes, located in Rio Grande do Norte.
Vestas will supply, install and commission the wind turbines, and the contract also includes a VestasOnline Business SCADA system and a ten-year service contract with the active output management package ‘AOM4000’.
Delivery of the wind turbines is expected to begin in the first half of 2013, with the projects expected to start commercial operations during the first half of 2014.
