The company will supply, install and commission 30 units of the V100-2.6MW turbine and delivery of the turbines is expected to begin in June 2012.

The contract also includes a VestasOnline Business SCADA system and a five-year service agreement with the Active Output Management package ‘AOM 5000’.

The power project is expected to generate 200GWh of electricity annually, enough to power approximately 43,000 Swedish households.

Sjiskja Vind is co-owned by wind energy developer O2 (25%), utility provider Jamtkraft (25%) and construction firm Skanska Infrastructure Development (50%).
