After completion of the acquisition, W2 Energy intends to complete a combustion laboratory and further development of the WaterHelix hydroelectric power plant.

The company also plans to complete the second AiRocket engine for AzRISE.

W2 Energy president and CEO Mike McLaren said the additional space at 345 Woodlawn allows the company to expand its testing, manufacturing and showcase areas.

W2 Energy’s purchase of 345 Woodlawn Avenue will build investor value by adding a $1.2m dollar asset to its balance sheet, the company claimed.
