WGES will supply electricity to more than 3,800 accounts which encompass local governments, public schools and community colleges, beginning in December 2011.
WGES president Harry Warren said winning this business showcases the ability of WGES to be price competitive for large supply contracts, and to provide the service needed by customers with large numbers of locations.
WGES is a provider of electricity and natural gas in the mid-Atlantic region and it supplies to more than 350,000 customers in Maryland, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
