The property in southern Lyon County, Nevada, currently consists of 88 mining claims for a total of 1,760 acres, and hosts an indicated resource of about 583,000 gold-equivalent ounces.
The company has completed 15 holes to date on the property, and the drill program will be continued with additional holes being drilled in a couple of very prospective targets.
O’Keefe Drilling is managing the program that is being conducted under the supervision of Willow Creek.
Willow Creek said it will increase the number of drill holes over the previously announced 12 to 14 holes after considerable analysis and assumption of encouraging initial drill core had been reviewed.
The company has planned an exploration program of angle drill holes, both core and reverse circulation-rotary, and this program attempts to confirm and enhance the indicated resources with infill drilling.
The Hercules property currently consists of 88 mining claims for a total of 1,760 acres, which are located in the Walker Lane Mineral Belt in southern Lyon County, Nevada.
