As per the agreement, Windreich will sell seven 2.3MW units located in the County of Hof in Germany capable of serving about 28,000 people. The company, however, will continue to operate plant after the sale.
The sale is likely to bring in net revenues of €14m for Windreich.
The entire wind farm has eight 2.3MW units in operation since May 2012 when the first unit sold to Daimler AG.
