The contract was placed by the project developers Alderon Iron Ore Corporation and The Kami Mine Limited Partnership.
Alderon president and CEO Tayfun Eldem stated: "We were impressed with their safety performance which is well above comparable North American companies and their recognized experience in execution of EPCM mega projects."
The company has scheduled to commence the production from the mine in the second quarter of 2015. The mine is located in Fermont, Quebec.
