The contract has been awarded by Sasol Mining Limited.
WorleyParsons will provide its services for a period of 45 months.
The Shondoni mine will deliver 9.2Mtpa of steaming coal, when in full production.
The EPCM stages for this contract will entail detailed engineering services of the surface infrastructure facilities, the mine development and materials handling as well as procurement services and construction management.
