The 2x300MW Thang Long thermal power plant is located in Quang Ninh province of Vietnam and will adopt coal-fired circulating fluidized bed (CFB) combustion technology.
The scope of work includes engineering design, equipment production and manufacturing, supplies, transportation, installation, testing and training, and construction of the facility.
Currently, Wuhan Kaidi Electric Power Engineering has completed the preparatory work for the project’s construction.
Construction work on the two power generating units is expected to be completed by 2015.
