The six different PV projects will be both ground mount and rooftop and cost approximately $4.2m.

The companies will engineer, procure and construct each of the six projects and have agreed along with the owners of the projects to assign the 1603 Grant and Utility Incentives, including their own cash to pay for the solar PV systems.

All the six projects are eligible for the 1603 Grant.

Xnergy CEO D Jason Davis said the company and Sunvalley Solar are together developing the solar PV projects.

"Sunvalley Solar has a very strong sales team and we look forward to many successes together," Davis added.

The construction work of all the six solar PV projects is expected to commence in the third quarter of 2012 and is estimated to be completed in the first quarter of 2013.

US based Xnergy is a wholly owned subsidiary of Blue Earth, and is a full-service engineering, procurement, and construction firm.
