Required surface land of 277 hectares was acquired in three separate phases from private landowners.

The company is also looking to apply for a change in the purchased land-use permit from agriculture to mining before undertaking further development.

Feasibility works currently being carried out at the mine are expected to be completed soon and include revised resource estimate, mine design, mining method, metallurgy, capital and operating costs, tailings management, engineering and hydro geology as well as environmental studies.

The Bilbao project consist of zinc-silver-lead-copper deposit located 50km southeast of the State capital in Zacatecas, Mexico.

The company expects the ongoing study to be completed by the first quarter of 2013.
