Head of the committee, Ali Lutf al-Thawr said the committee should familiarize with the condition of the Aden refinery to develop it, adding that a facility is being developed partly as it has become inescapable because of its age.
Officials already discussed the latest refinery proposals with Governor, Adnan al-Jafri.
The replacement would be established in the light of a study presented by the present refinery.
