Yingli Green Energy expects to enjoy rights to commercialize technologies developed in the ‘State Key Laboratory’ at the company’s production lines, the company said. The laboratory, as an independent research entity, has had the support of Baoding Yingli Group, an affiliate of the company, throughout the application process to satisfy relevant application criteria.

“With increasing support from both the public and private sectors, we believe the laboratory has the potential to positively contribute to the development of the PV industry as a platform for the commercialization of cutting-edge PV technologies, as well as a center for academic and professional training.”
Yingli Green Energy designs, assembles, sells and installs PV systems that are connected to electricity transmission grid or operate on a stand-alone basis.
